Skin shading and eyes came out nice 
Hair strands seem a bit stiff - try thinner lines for a more wispy quality? Unless her hair is actually that thick.
The interface between the hair on the left side of her face and her clothes looks slightly off... the hair could cover her clothes more?
As aside, I like the brushy clouds. Maybe the bottom could be more defined, but that's my personal pref
